Info Session for the Gibbs Redevelopment Project 3/2

When: Monday, March 2nd at 6pm
Where: Rosedale Community Center (1701 Gales Street)
What: A chance to learn about the Gibbs Redevelopment (500 19th Street) project for the future home of two new schools.

• Monument Academy, a weekday boarding academy for grades 5-8 providing family style living with on-site full time house parents, personalized academics, life skills, and social and emotional well-being to prepare students for post-secondary education, a career and independent living
in the community;

and

• Community College Preparatory Academy, an adults only, blended learning charter school that focuses on the core skills of reading, writing and mathematics where you can prepare for the new GED, and the ACCUPLACER college placement exam or a career pathway in the admin/tech field.

School and team representatives will be available to answer questions and share more information.

Renovation to begin in March and end in December 2015.
Schools are currently accepting applications for the 2015-2016 school year.
