Firefighters responding to an early morning call about a fire in an alley behind the 1200 block of Holbrook Terrace found a trashcan aflame, and that trashcan turned out to contain a badly burned human body. According to Chief Lanier, the body appears to be that of an adult, but MPD is not saying if it was a man or woman. The trashcan and body were found in the rear driveway of a house that has been abandoned for many years. A resident reported that the ATF was on the scene as well as MPD.

Inked: any chance in the future you can have links to the video instead of embedding the video? Or, if you really want to embed the video, have it not auto-start playing? This one was particularly noxious because there were two copies of the same video on the page; one started just before the other, so we get the same audio twice but with a half-second delay.
I know it ain't all about me, it's your blog, etc. But oof.
Curmudgeon,
You caught me while I was still editing. I had to publish it for a second to sort out an issue I was having. Should be fixed now with no autoplaying and only one of each video. Sorry!
Cool. Thanks!
damn gentrifiers!
