Yep. Pretty useless. I'm still wondering about cops standing out front while the crooks are escaping out the back. They couldn't split up to cover the front and back? We seem to have keystone cops working the H Street corridor.
I get that a single Police Officer doesn't like going down an alley by themselves.
What I don't get is why these video cams are so horrendous.
