The Chronicle of Higher Education has a really interesting video feature on the unusual tradition of rat funerals at Gallaudet University (800 Florida Ave) to celebrate the end of a class' freshman year. For those who may be wondering, the tradition continues, but they now used stuffed toy rats instead of the real thing. Hat tip to Twitter user @flyingovertrout for the heads up.
