MPD Makes Arrest in 6/21 Fatal Shooting in the 2200 Block of H Street

MPD issued a press release yesterday indicating that they have arrested 19 year old Rasheed Murphy of NE in the June 21st shooting death of 26 year old Arvel Lee Steward of SE. The shooting happened at about 9:10pm on a Sunday in the Carver-Langston area.
