For one night only Chef Johnny Spero (formerly sous chef at Minibar) will take over the kitchen at Sally's Middle Name (1320 H Street). Dinner will consist of six courses with wine pairings. The cost is $85 per person. As I went to post about the event I realized that it has, unsurprisingly, sold out. It sounds like an amazing treat for anyone lucky enough to score a spot. This is just another example of some of the really cool stuff we are lucky enough to have going in in our little area of the District.
