Local Peruvian restaurant Ocopa (1324 H Street) launches their new Saturday only brunch tomorrow. It's available from 11:30am-3pm and features dishes such as Ocopa's popular Pollo a la Brasa: quarter chicken, yucca, ahi amarillo, chalaquita; Papas con Ocopa: fingerling potatoes, huancaina, queso fresco, poached egg; and Super Pancakes served with lemongrass maple syrup. You can also order their anticuchos (Peruvian-style skewers): lomo, corazon/heart, pork belly, pollo/chicken, lamb T-bones, camarones/shrimp, pulpo/octopus, and mahi. Do it up with bottomless mimosas or Incajitos (a chef created cocktail) for $20.
