Man Shot in Arm Early Saturday in 1100 Block of H Street

A man was shot in the arm a little before 4am on Saturday. Police found the victim conscious and breathing when they arrived in the 1100 block of H Street. MPD issued a look out for a black male wearing dark clothing.
