Maketto (1351 H Street) is offering a special six course dinner with drink pairings this Sunday night (a night Maketto is typically closed). A representative from Maketto explains that it's "a collaboration menu by our Chef de cuisine, James Wozniuk and guest chef, Johnny Spero. These two talented guys met over 9 years ago when Johnny worked under James at Farrah Olivia. Since then, the two have gone on separate paths, progressing as chefs in the DC food scene. This meal celebrates their chefriendship and really highlights summer's seasonal bounty." They are offering two seatings. Tickets are $120 (with drink pairings). This could be a pretty awesome Father's Day Gift if your dad is the daring sort.
