A neighbor writes in with the following information about his missing cat:

 We are neighbors, live on 10th street between I and K, and have lost our cat. He's an outside cat but hasn't come back the last two nights. Was wondering if you could post a note on your site? He's a young tabby cat, he had a grey flee/tick collar on. He has a distinctive mark of color on his nose, you can see in the pics attached. His name is Kai Kai and he will come if you whistle.
