Police are seeking the public's help to find 45 year old Frank Witherspoon. Mr. Witherspoon was last seen in the 1600 block of Montello Avenue about 8:30 a.m. March 23. He's a black male with a medium complexion, about 5'2" tall, weighing 180 lbs, with brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing khaki pants, a grey shirt, and white shoes.
