The Washington City Paper has more details on the opening of the Bruery Store (513 Morse Street NE), which is going in next door to A. Litteri (515-517 Morse Street). As I mentioned last week, the Bruery is a California based brewer that produces some pretty interesting beers.

By the way, A. Litteri has a new and improved website complete with a new web address. I'm going to assume most of you have previously visited the tiny family owned Italian store and deli. If somehow you haven't, go ASAP and stock up. The selection and prices on deli items are both very good. The sandwiches are amazing, and it's a great place to buy wine.

Over on H Street, Gallery O on H (1354 H NE) will host the opening of Temporary this Friday. Temporary highlights works done on salvaged cardboard from artists Betty Sue Matthews and "Nell" of New York City. The reception will start at 7 pm, and Jonny Grave will play live blues guitar beginning at 8 pm.
