A past Halloween event at Joe Cole
Head over to the outdoor basketball court at Joe Cole Rec (1299 Neal Street) tomorrow for a pre-trick or treating Halloween costume showcase. It starts at 6pm, and there will be a dj. Participants are encouraged to bring a treat to share.
