A man was shot early yesterday morning in the 2200 block of H Street NE. No lookout information was provided for the shooting, which occurred a little before 2am. According to a tweet from reporter Alan Henney the shooting took place inside the common area of an apartment building, and the victim (who was in a wheelchair) was shot twice.
