Ethiopic (401 H St. NE) will host a fundraiser tomorrow for Capital City Robotics, a 501(c) non-profit that provides underrepresented students access & education to STEM through robotics engineering & computer science. All proceeds will go to the non-profit to purchase tablets to help teach our young minds (students in grades K-12) to become tomorrow's leaders in technology. The fundraiser will take place from 5–8pm (Wednesday, Jan. 30). For a $20 cover charge ($10 for kids), you will receive Ethiopian food (buffet), a glass of Ethiopian wine, and a raffle ticket to win Ethiopian prizes. If you can't make dinner you can still support the organization by making a donation. Be sure to take a look at the group's Facebook page to see what some of their students have been doing lately.
