Dance the Night Away & Support Local Students at KIPProm March 22

On Friday, March 22 KIPP DC will host their KIPProm fundraiser at Dock 5 (1309 Fifth St. NE).
What if you could do a “prom-over” and recreate all of the magic of prom night while supporting our KIPP DC students on their journey to and through college? KIPProm offers you the chance. The organizers invite you to join them "for an evening of great company, awkward dancing, and spiked punch as [they] rally behind the next generation of Washingtonians." All proceeds directly support KIPP DC’s KIPP Through College & Career programs designed to empower KIPP DC alumni and propel them onward to lives full of choice and opportunity. This event is for those 21 years of age and over only.

General admission tickets ($125) include premium open bar, passed hors d'oeuvres, a dessert lounge, dancing, and fun from 8:30–11:30pm. You can also choose the VIP Dinner & Prom Dance tickets ($300) that include a cocktail party and a seated gourmet dinner from 6:30–9pm, followed by the prom dance where guests will enjoy a premium open bar, passed hors d'oeuvres, a dessert lounge, dancing, and fun until 11:30 pm.
