Planning Underway for H Street Festival

No details on this, I just know it is being worked on. The H Street Festival, traditionally held every other fall, has generally been organized by the H Street Merchants' Association. Last year H Street Main Street attempted to take the reigns & put more of an arts & humanities face on the festival. Due to various problems, the festival was cancelled. I think this is an H Street Main Street effort (but I'm not certain). The festival will be held in September.
