It's amazing how many vacant buildings/homes there still are in "outer" capitol hill, despite all the renovation that has already occured. The money is there to support new businesses. Now that Englert and others have gotten the ball rolling, the pace of change will be fairly rapid. Wouldn't a florist just look great on that corner?
