WBJ: DC Homes 38% Overpriced?

Hmmm. Couldn't ascertain how they came up w/ that figure. If it's a comparison w/ rent prices the rents could just as easily come up to equalize w/ home prices. I'm pretty sure prices are set by supply and demand and the biggest driver of demand is jobs...I don't think this market is going to see any significant downturn, at least in single-family homes. Condos are a different story, with supply headed up as demand levels off.
