A Change in Plans for 1015 H Street
The first floor of the building a crew is constructing at 1015 H Street is now going to house a sit-down restaurant serving American food with a French twist. Earlier reports had labeled the first floor space as a catering business that might morph into a sit-down restaurant when the time was right. The upper two floors will be condos.

I live just around the corner, so this would be great for me.
Does anyone know if the dollar store in the strip mall on 10th and H is really going out of business? It seems to have had those signs up for a long time. If so, that would be a good space for a restaurant.
The completion date for construction on the building is spring 2007. No word on the delivery date for the restaurant. All of the recent information in this post came from the meeting minutes for the 6A Economic Development & Zoning Committee notes circulated recently by Drew Ronneberg.
