WP: H20 Open, But on Probation

The Post reports that the club H20 (which plans to re-open in Ivy City as the Big Chill) will re-open following a recent shooting outside the club. The patrons involved had argued inside the club and been ejected. This re-opening requires a two week probationary period during which the club must close the numerous security holes that the shooting investigation revealed. Some District officials, including Chief of Police Cathy Lanier, had previously called for the revocation of the club's license.
