WP: Bullet Grazes 1 Year Old In Carver Terrace
The Post reports that a one year old girl's foot was grazed by a bullet around 8pm last night as she sat outside. Police said the gun was inside a bag that was dropped (possibly from a stroller), causing the gun to accidentally discharge. This occurred in the 1200 block of 18th Street, in the Carver Terrace neighborhood (located east of Trinidad).

You know it's getting tough out there on the street, when even the kids in strollers are packin' heat.
