Commissioners,
I wanted to let you know that after much, much, much waiting, and much, much, much prodding, the contract for the H Street Streetscape has finally been submitted to Council for approval. The contract represents a total investment of $30,328,964.50. It is scheduled to be approved on July 10th, and then work can begin shortly thereafter.

That's fantastic. My wife and I were just talking about this in the car (after driving through Columbia Hts) and here it is...the date we've all been waiting for.
Is the streetcar funding included in this?
