btw, they're ready for a whole lot of construction at 3rd and H.it's all painted up, and waiting to be cut up in the next few days.commuters might want to take a different route.
poo poo -- is all that construction at 3rd and H for the street car line? Is that why they have phone poles up along H St?
not sure. that area has been under constant reconstuction for a while. gas pipes, electric, etc.ask your commissioner, tony.he *should* have details on his site.
