NOT LED lights circa 2005.
Keep you eyes peeled for something special in the 1200 and 1300 block of H Street. It should be starting in the next few weeks. Certain buildings will be have their outlines illuminated with white and blue LED lights [for energy efficiency]. It should be quite the sight.
