The canceling of HBO's "Screen on the Green" in D.C. is something I think we can all rally for! I hope everyone joins the Facebook group, Save "Screen on the Green" in the District of Columbia at http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=80853048390.

NoMA's Summer Screen - first up......DYLAN. I couldn't be happier. This one should thoroughly confuse the simple minded gangbangers in our neighborhood.

Unfortunately, anon 2:23, they probably won't see the Dylan movie.

Sounds like a great event, and much more 'local' than some huge event on the mall.

Heidi's and Sister's have flyers for the movies. By the way, they have the freshest bread! Yum! But it takes a loooong time to get a sandwich. Not sure about rush hour. I always seem to go when they're training someone...

The contractors at Union Place will be cleaning up the site and laying down sod before the start of the movie series. It should be nice there, especially only a block from my house!
