Donna says-That's the window of "With These Hands" it's a beauty shop near 6th and H. The owner decorates her window for EVERY holiday. Always makes me smile.

I love this shops holiday windows, never been in the shop, but alway make it a point to look in while waiting for my Ctipizza order.
