Right around 3rd street to 6th or 7th street is looking really good. I see they got the cobble stones in, nice street lights and cool banners. Also, I noticed they put in new sod along the maryland/benning/H st intersection area. I'm hoping someone will water them.
Seems like construction progress has stalled all along H street. Any idea where we can get an update? Things were moving along very fast and all of a sudden the jersey barriers seems to settle in this summer.
They've been doing lots of work in the 5th-7th st areas. Even on weekends.
Regarding the budget cuts. I think when Gray cut the streetcar, they restored funding with loans or bonds or something. I'm not sure if those can just be reappropriated for other uses

hmm .. I don't see no progress. It looks exactly the same as it was last year.
Maybe chopping down a dead tress can be considered progress- and maybe there is an increase of businesses announcing they are cming "soon."
but, but the street in front of it is tore up more! I'm hurt that you didn't notice.
Has there been any update as to when Vendetta or Joe's Coal House (I think that's the name) may open?

Where is my stapler?
Vendetta, Joe's Coal and Ice, and the streetcar are all still coming. I just don't know when.
No idea where the pants, stapler, or Poo Poo's last shred of dignity have gone.
