WP: 3rd Arrest in 2009 Metro Bus Shooting on H Street

We all remember the 2007 Deonte Rawlings shooting (the 14 year old shot by off duty police officers following the theft of a mini bike belonging to one of the officers), right? Well, if the answer is yes, then you likely also remember the brazen daytime shooting of his older brother George Rawlings in 2009. Rawlings was shot as he attempted to board a Metro Bus in the 1400 block of H Street following a funeral. MPD recently made a third arrest in that case. Javoricle Moore, 19, of Southeast Washington, was picked up by MPD on Wednesday. The Post has the full story (and links if your memory isn't so good).
