There's lots of fun for kids who make it out to the farmers market at 13th and H Street tomorrow.
They've got build-a-bug wherein children create bugs from market produce. Kazoo the balloon twister will be onsite twisting away for the last time before he moves away from DC, they will have free apple cider; and possibly some fun funky tattoos.
