When I spoke to the developers during a DCBIA event, they said they are waiting for the street car to begin before they break ground. The shops at the H Street Connection are there on a contingency basis.

Sounds like his street name is "Shorty" or "LIttle"
This fella is up for Armed Robbery, Assault/Battery,
maybe some parole/probation breaches, he's going to do some serious ass time.
armed robbery is 5-30, assault with injury is
going to be 3 years.
I think he's looking at 8-33, and adult time, even if he's under 18.
These kinds of stores always have cameras....
