Sahra Lounge is Now Nomad Hookah Bar
Please excuse the cell phone pic
We previously discussed the temporary closure of Sahra Hookah Lounge (1200 H Street). I can report that it has now reopened as Nomad Hookah Bar. They have been open the past few nights. Stop by for a visit.

Aren't the owners the same guys that run Souk and that crappy looking hooka shop that never opened? They going to do anything with those, or just let them sit for another couple years?
Tony, I believe they are still the same owners. I'm not sure what's going on with the other places. Too bad, I actually liked the food at Souk, even if some of the management choices were more than a bit odd.
I love the food at Shawafel, but I sometimes wish I had the option of eating it in a slightly more formal setting.
very creative name, better than Atlas Arcade, but maybe they should make the D smaller so more people get it. If this place is run by the people from Souk I have no hope at all for it tho.

I hope that sign's a temporary placeholder and not a sign, in both senses of the word.
Inked -- I would LOVE it if the guy from Shawafel would open a sit down place!! Can we start a petition??

FT: check it out for cat news and hookah boosterism. What else do you want to know about anyway?
Is there anywhere on H st. to purchase a new hookah? Not really wanting to trek up to Adams Morgan.
Could they open a medical marijuana dispensary upstairs?
