Former Philadelphia Water Ice Space For Sale

Philadelphia Water Ice for sale

The former space for Philadelphia Water Ice is for sale. There was a listing for $599,000, but that listing appears to have been removed apparently because a sale is pending. As we reported previously, this space temporarily held a Taco Impala pop-up. Here's hoping the buyer for this property puts something at least as interesting as Taco Impala or Philadelphia Water Ice there.

    Does anyone know what is up with the relatively new big brick building in the middle of this block between Sticky Rice and what used to be Souk? There was a big plywood screen in front of it for ages blocking the sidewalk and now there is a big bump in the sidewalk from a utility cut. Is something actually going in there?
