Jimmy Valentine's during a recent neighborhood fundraiser
Mark Thorp of Jimmy Valentine's Lonely Hearts Club (1103 Bladensburg Road) and Little Miss Whiskey's Golden Dollar (1104 H Street) wrote in wanting to remind everyone that both bars maintain their normal hours 365 days a year.
For the record, those hours are as follows:
Little Miss Whiskey's opens at 5pm daily and never closes before last call.
Jimmy Valentine's opens at 10pm Sunday-Thursday and at 8pm on Friday and Saturday. They promise to never close before last call.
Tonight you can catch DJ Dillinger spinning downstairs at Little Miss Whiskey's. Over at Jimmy V's Joe L & krewe spin their annual Festivus party.

For those who want a nice hot takeout, Jannat Kabob at 25th and Benning will also be open.
They are Pakistani's so this isn't the big holiday for them. Don't show up the Day of the Indo-Pak Cricket Test match, but, they will be cooking hot and spicy food tomorrow.
