Who knew Pisco Sours had their own special day? Apparently it's a thing (with a hashtag #PiscoSourDay), and you can raise a toast at H Street's favorite Peruvian spot Ocopa (1324 H Street). Ocopa will serve up half priced pisco sours all day, $25 pisco sour pitchers, and $25 pisco flights.
Here's what they'll be pouring:

LAVANDULA
Porton / Lavender / Elderflower Liqueur / Pressed Lime / Egg White $6.50
CHIEF’S
Porton / Aji Amarillo / Smoked Pineapple / Cointreau / Mezcal / Egg white $7
MATE
Porton / Smoked Honey / Yerba Mate / Bonal / Egg White $7
WEST INDIAN
Porton / Chicha Morada / Allspice Dram/ Egg White $6.50
They'll also have infusions/macerados ("house made La Caravedo Pisco infused with fruits and herbs for a full flavored cocktail"). Flavors include grapefruit, watermelon pomegranate, kiwi, yerba mate, and mango.
