A local resident caught a thief on tape stealing flower boxes off the resident's front porch. The flower nabber can be seen taking one box, and returning a several minutes later for the second. Frustrating, to say the least. This also seems like a good time to remind people that small potted plants (especially blooming ones) have a way of walking off as Mother's Day approaches. I've previously lost a couple of colorfully potted cacti in the week before the holiday.
