Cultivate the City is hosting two upcoming events at their H Street Farms location (the rooftop of Jenks Hardware, 910 Bladensburg Road).

First up is a yoga class tomorrow night 5:30 pm–7:00 pm. It'll be taught by Amy Rizzotto, E-RYT, Co-Owner/Founder of Move Well DC and Yoga Heights. Rizzotto is a food and fitness loving blogger, yoga instructor and wellness coach based in the District. Who wouldn't love a little rooftop yoga amidst Cultivate's greenhouses and selection of edible plants? Tickets are $15–20.
On Saturday they've got you covered for Mother's Day prep with an event (11 am–12 pm) where you can pot up herbs, flowering plants, or fruiting or vegetable bearing ones, for the big day. Come out to learn about companion planting, cost-effective produce and how to maintain a healthy plant. Tickets are $25.
