Mural extravaganza POW! WOW! returns to NoMa this month, and several local artists will participate, along with artists from around the world. POW! WOW! "celebrates culture, music, and art in cities around the world."It's back in our neck of the woods May 17 through 27, and they have several events scheduled to celebrate.
