One Eight Distilling (1135 Okie Street NE) will once again hold its annual Whiskers and Whiskey Thursday, September 14th from 7 pm to 10 pm. The event raises money for the Humane Rescue Alliance. Tickets to the casual cocktail party are $15, and that includes your first cocktail. Swizzler will be there selling their gourmet hotdogs, along with José Andrés' food truck Pepe offering flautas. Dolcezza has even whipped up some One Eight infused gelato. They'll have music, and photos, plus the opportunity to adopt a dog.
This event is limited to those 21 years of age and over. They have tickets for folks who plan to bring their dog, and those who don't. Both are the same price.
