There's a new ABRA application for TRUTH Hookah/Cigar Lounge, to be located at 1220 H Street NE. The ABRA application indicates the lounge will have seating for 95 patrons and a total occupancy load of 198. There will be both live entertainment and dancing.
A Go Fund Me page, that appears to have been set up by owner Demasion Thompson in late November, explains that the lounge will have a special cigar area and two bars.
