Taking a Deep Breath Before the Smoking Ban
Don't forget it takes effect on Tuesday. Expect to see clearer air in the bars and more people standing just outside the doorway from now on when you go out. Here's an 11th hour Post article on the topic.
I think it's a bit of both. But I suspect it will be safe to exhale. I cn't imagine this will pull that many people to Virgina. We'll adjust here just as everyone has in California, New York City and Boston.
