800 21st street shooting is a homicide and being investigated by the violent crimes branch. They are working diligently to develop leads in that case as well and have re-canvassed the entire neighborhood with about 40 recruit officers to develop leads, we also attended the vigil and encouraged the neighborhood to give all known information as well. The victim was from the Carver terrace community.
West virginia ave subject was shot in the leg and has been treated and released from an area hospital.
I do not believe he was from our area.

Help me out. Jen, a bartender at the country club, just finished telling me and the bar how dangerous H st is. Jen believes you will get shot if you walk anywhere on H.
If this is what the CC mgmt believes, I don't want to spend money there.
Are there H st crime numbers we can send the owner? Jen could really use new talking points.
I know for a fact that this is not what CC management believes. And frankly, if she really believed that, she would probably not be working there.
