Catch Jarobi White of A Tribe Called Quest as Guest Chef at Pow Pow 7/8

This is big news indeed. H Street's own Pow Pow (1253 H Street NE) will host A Tribe Called Quest's Jarobi White on Saturday, July 8th. Jarobi will serve as Guest Chef at the restaurant from 4–8 pm, before heading to the after-party at Sticky Rice (1224 H Street NE) starting at 10 pm. Use your paid receipt from Pow Pow's event to "jump the line" for the Sticky Rice party. DJ Steven Faith & DJ Sharkey (of Pow Pow) will keep the party going.

According to the Eventbrite page:

• A portion of food and alcohol sales from both events will be donated to charity.
• Art from the events will be auctioned off for charity at Pow Pow day of the events.
• Pow Pow's event is open to all ages.
• Sticky Rice is 21 & over.
