Dio Wine Bar (904 H Street NE), which specializes in natural wines, will host its first wine dinner on Tuesday, June 12th (7–9:30pm). Chef Jacques Gautier of Palo Santo in Brooklyn will prepare a four course tasting menu heavily influenced by the flavors of Latin America and the Caribbean. To accompany the food Dio will pour some of their favorite selections from Diamond District’s portfolio. The folks from Shaw wine shop Grand Cata, which focuses on Latin American wines, will also be on site to assist with your at home wine needs. Expect a very fun and delicious evening full of great vibes.
Tickets are $100 (plus $5.05 fee). The price includes tax and tip. Dio asks that you please notify them of any dietary restrictions or allergies when you purchase tickets (at check-out) and they will do their best to accommodate those needs.
