NoMa BID is partnering with Pathways to Housing DC for a Hot Pants & Toasty Toes clothing drive. You can drop off donations of thermal underwear, socks, and sweatpants at 1200 First St. NE through March 4. All items should be adult size, and larger sizes are preferred. Pathways to Housing DC is a 501(c)3 with the mission of "transform[ing] individual lives by ending homelessness and supporting recovery for people with disabilities." Pathways has a longer list of items the group needs posted on their website, and you can even purchase items for donation through their Amazon wish list.

Looks like someone was murdered this morning, *AGAIN*, at 17th and Benning, south side. The vicinity of that "Laundrymat" seems to be a popular place for killin'.
